These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders and deliveries between Padel 24x7 and consumers via our online shop. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order.
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. After your order is received, you will receive a confirmation via email. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with a subsequent confirmation email.
All prices in our online shop are final prices and include statutory VAT. The prices at the time of the order apply.
We offer the following payment methods:
Payment is due at the time of order, and items will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
We ship our products within Germany and the EU. Delivery is made to the address provided by you. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during the order process. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us via email or in writing. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
The statutory warranty rights apply. Damages resulting from improper or non-designated use are excluded from the warranty.
Padel 24x7 is not liable for damages caused by slight negligence, except where essential contractual obligations are affected.
